Poor Sadie! Another Surgery for our Corgi
In January, Sadie ruptured the ACL in her rear left leg. She had surgery to correct it, and was getting better quickly. Unfortunately, about a week and a half ago, her rear right leg ACL ruptured - which meant another surgery.
Sadie wasn't in pain - she just couldn't really walk.
After the surgery, she would not eat, so we had to pick her up early from the vet. She refused to eat (which is NOT normal) for a while, and was scared of us. Luckily, as time went by, her personality began to re-appear.
She's definitely limping, and has a long road to full recovery, but now she can walk around enough to eat and go outside. We can tell she's also herself when she fights over Dingo Bones / rawhides with Perry - no longer a quiet, passive dog!
