The night that the stomach flu struck our house, I made a Chicken Mushroom Casserole from a Rachael Ray magazine (I used to subscribe). It came out as expected, but since we associate it with the sickness, I can barely stomach even looking at the photo. Casseroles are definitely on hold for now.
