Butterfinger Brownies

I have a hard time resisting Halloween candy on clearance. Rather than snack on the candy, I am trying to use it up in recipes. I had some brownie mix so that I could make the couldn't-get-any-easier-to-make-than-this Butterfinger Brownies.
