Just as I think I am not fully utilizing the Cooking Light subscription my mom gets me every year, a fantastic issue comes out.
The last recipe in the July 2009 issue was for a Rainier Cherry Crumble.
I found some cherries at the grocery store and made this one night, served a la mode with vanilla ice cream. There's just something about crumbles / crisps and ice cream that is way too calming. and addictive.
