- 2 pears, cored and sliced thinly
- Dried Cherries
- Refrigerated Pie Crust
- Apricot Marmalade
- Turbinado Sugar
- Egg White
Instructions
- Preheat oven according to pie crust instructions
- Place a pie crust in the center of a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
- Make a circle in the center of the crust with marmalade, keeping edges clean
- Top with pears and cherries
- Fold over crust, not completely covering the pears and cherries
- Cover folded-over crust with egg white, then turbinado sugar
- Bake, checking to see when it looks done
